Mindfulness and Relaxation Course

Join ATTFE for their mindfulness and relaxation courses where you will learn about the 7 principles of mindfulness, various breathing methods, self-awareness, being kinder to yourself, and how to use mindfulness to support you to feel calmer and less stressed.

You will have an understanding of how to set aside time to focus on the mind-body connection and where mindfulness can be used in daily life.

These will be run from 1 October to 19 November, every Tuesday 6pm to 8pm at Sutton Community Academy, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 1BW.
